Ernst Benda

Ernst Benda was a German legal scholar, politician and judge. He served as the 4th president of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany from 1971 to 1983. Benda briefly served as Minister of the Interior of Germany.

Famous Pipe Smokers: Memphis, Tennessee, United States; My name is Joseph Cruse Johnson, I was born a block from William Faulkner's home in New Albany, MS and grew up 20 minutes north of Shelby Footes' family home in Greenville, MS.
